Someone asked me via this page if he’d stay in the Philippines with his gross salary of Php15K/monthly and try trading or work abroad with a net salary of just a little less than Php100K.
I told him to pursue a new life overseas and trading can always wait.
He said he could relate with my “poverty” story and he wanted to change his financial state, but he has no trading performance yet.
Made me recall days I would wake up at 430am to catch a bus that would bring me to Makati. I’d leave office around 830-9pm to either catch the train or bus back home.
When you’re poor, you have less choices in life. Magtitiis ka with what you have.
When you’re poor, Vice Ganda is right when in a video it was mentioned na maraming kakawawa sa’yo.
Cycle never ends.
The first and most strategic way to change your financial life is to increase your income.
When you’re poor, quality of life can also be poor. The only way to change that and speed up your savings or investments is to increase the regular income you get.
Mahirap maging mahirap. Tama ‘yang magpayaman ka muna. Help yourself so you can help people dear to your heart.
He said he will follow my advice and he will process his documents soon.
Pinas man o abroad, if nagsisimula ka pa lang, try to find a higher income source as much as you can.
Trading can wait. Believe me, it is better to trade money you can afford to lose rather than trading money you are “scared” to lose. That will affect your trading psychology big time.
Money affects our psychology. Many problems can be solved by money. Not all, but some important things that will make life comfortable.
